Only 1,000 copies were produced in the 1st print run, all of which sold before the release date, 16 May 2005. Now reprinted many times, these 1st prints are extremely hard to find. The US rights for this book have been acquired by Doubleday. Parthian have also produced a limited edition hardback for the UK market.
